- As indeterminate tomato vines grow, they put on a substantial amount of weight, and they benefit from some kind of support. These Tomato Clips will securely attach vines to strings or wires without damaging the plants. Once they are “clipped” in place, they are very strong. And they can be easily unclipped at the end of the season or to move vines as they grow. They work well for cucumber plants, climbing roses, and many other garden climbers.
